Product Description, FAQs, and IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE USAGE

1. On what surfaces do the mats work? Our mats are designed to be used only on clean, smooth, and untextured shower trays or tub floors. They won't work effectively on structured surfaces, as the vacuum won't build up properly in the suction cups.

2. What do I need to do before using the shower mat? It's essential to rinse the shower thoroughly beforehand, ensuring it's properly wet. Then, firmly press and smooth the mat with your hands or, with a secure stance, your feet on the floor of the tray. Make sure it's securely in place before stepping on it.

3. How can I take care of the mat? Our mat is made from a durable material and is machine washable. We strongly recommend rinsing the mat after each use and hanging it to dry on the supplied hooks. This will help you enjoy the mat for years to come.

4. How can I hang the shower mat to dry? Place the self-adhesive hooks on a clean, dry, and smooth surface, and simply hang the mat on the drain holes. To remove the hooks, gently warm them with a hairdryer and peel them off from one corner. The hooks are reusable.

5. My shower mat has wrinkles - what can I do? After unpacking, the shower mat might have some "folding." Don't worry - simply place it in hot water, either in a tub or installed on the shower floor, and it will quickly smooth out.

6. Can the mat be used with a drain in the center of the shower? Yes, the extra-large holes in the mat allow for optimal water circulation and drainage, regardless of the drain location.

7. What is the mat made of? Our mat is crafted from skin-friendly vinyl (PVC) and is regularly tested on-site by a registered testing institute in accordance with Article 59, Paragraph 10 of the REACH Regulation.

8. What do I do if the hooks are missing or a hook is broken? Please let us know, and we will provide a replacement.
